Solution:

  • Migrating 3000 user end devices to MS Defender via MS endpoint manager.
  • Creating a PoC AD of 45 users to test the new Anti-Virus software on their laptops.
  • Migrating all the settings and configurations from MacAfee into MS Defender.
  • Working with Microsoft on the recommended setting for Defender.

 

Customer challenges:

Cyber Security – implementing Zscaler on all end devices and Cloud infrastructures. This is to secure all client infrastructures as an all cloud-based company with zero trust management.

Solution:

  • Implementation of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) service for all 3000 end devices to filter all web-based traffic.
  • Connecting 3000 users end devices to MS Azure and Google Cloud Platform for access internal applications.

Cyber Security – Tennable io is a cloud-based security scanning software, allowing you to quickly identify and accurately priorities vulnerabilities and misconfigurations running on end devices.

Networking – designing, implementation and commissioning of the LAN/WAN Telephony Network services for HS2 in the TFL building.

Solution:

  • Designing of new LAN/WAN Network for 500 users.
  • Implementation and licensing of the new Cisco Routers and Switches.
  • Implementation of the Mitel handsets of each user fully managed by Mitel 3300 controllers.

Networking – Designing a new print solution for the HMRC Office Hub for DfT users.

Solution:

  • Designing of a new printing solution connecting to a Meraki MX84 Firewall to an existing Network.
  • Implementation of a Site-to-Site IPsec VPN tunnel encrypting all traffic to the Azure Cloud.
  • Connecting on premise Konica MFD printer on the LAN Network to communicate to the Azure Linux VM printing gateway.

Networking – migration of 3000 user extension on an ISDN30e service to Microsoft Teams.

  • Migrating from our on-premise PBX Mitel 3300 Controller to a cloud-based Microsoft suite Teams.
  • Migrating 3000 extension, ring group, hunt groups and pickup groups to MS Teams.

Decommissioning all Mitel on-premise hardware, 3300 Controllers, Servers, Voice recorders and handsets.
